 With over five years of experience spanning scientific research, engineering education, and corporate operations. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a forthcoming Master of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, Margaret blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.

As an Executive Assistant at Juneau Exploration LP, she supports senior leadership by coordinating complex projects, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining operations—saving the company thousands annually through cost-reduction initiatives. Previously, she served as an Engineering Teacher at Houston ISD, where she mentored over 150 students each year, developed hands-on curricula, and led STEM initiatives that boosted academic performance and career readiness.

Margaret’s research background includes work at the University of Houston, where she contributed to advances in materials science for concrete durability and developed publishable educational content for national distribution. 

Beyond her professional roles, Margaret is a passionate advocate for STEM education and community engagement. She has presented at international and regional conferences, sharing insights on engineering program development and practical STEM applications. She also volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and holds certifications in Six Sigma, procurement, and teaching. She is also a children's book author for a book series called Anne Has an Alligator.
